Warranty and Returns

Warranty

All items (excluding bikes) are sold with a 30 day return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. This is for manufacturing faults only and does not include damage caused by the user, misuse or wear and tear. This does not exclude your statutory rights.

Suitability

Our description of products are generalisations; we do not guarantee the 'suitability' of goods for any specific person or use. As with any mail order purchase the choice of 'suitability' lies with the consumer based on our fair and accurate description. Once goods have been used they are classed as second hand and cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing fault.

Your right to cancel

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products.

The Item must not have been assembled or used and must be returned to us as new and complete with the invoice/receipt. A refund will be made minus any postage costs or an exchange will be offered.

Returns

At allrevvedup.co.uk  we have a 14 day returns policy, so if you decide the item isn't right for you, you can simply return it for a full refund. All we ask for is that you complete the returns form which will be emailed to you, fill in the applicable section and return the item to the address below. In some cases we can also arrange a pickup service however this is chargeable.

A refund or exchange will be given provided that the goods are in as new condition, with ALL original packaging and tags in place, during this time you have a duty of care towards these items. You are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. If we have got your order wrong or the product has a manufacturing fault we'll even refund the return postage, however we do need your receipt to do that. For a small charge we can also arrange to pick up your returns, as these charges differ please call us for more information.

UK Returns.

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, so you can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your original order for a full refund or exchange providing that the goods are in as new condition, with ALL the original packaging and tags in place.

Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, a member of our customer service team will contact you immediately (within 24 hours), to tell you that we have received your item back at our warehouse, and, to help resolve your issue.

Any Refund due to you, will usually be credited to your account either the same day or the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we have received the goods.

International Returns

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, so you can return any item to us within 14  days of receiving your original order for a full refund or exchange providing that the goods are in as new condition, with ALL the original packaging and tags in place

As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note :- you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself.

The Customer service team will send you an e-mail, with a returns details form, which you will need to fill out  before sending the item back to us.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.

Please note:- it can take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in the UK, depending on your location and which postal service you use. Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, a member of our customer service team will contact you immediately (within 24 hours), to tell you that we have received your item back at our warehouse, and, to help resolve your issue.
